Should I buy a gtx 1050 ti or gtx 750 ti or gtx 1030 to use it with Element 3D from Video Copilot (After Effect)?

Please tell me which gpu will be the best to render in 3D among these three gpu

Between those three, assuming you have a quality PSU and can deliver at least 350W to the entire system when you populate either of those cards, I'd suggest you pick up the GTX1050Ti.

The 1050ti easily. It has double the VRAM, and is a faster card, overall. If your budget can stretch to it, a 1060 6GB would be even better.
