should i buy a gtx 770 for 110 euro second hand

Yes, a GTX770 is a good card and can play all current games, though not at max settings and especially not above 1080p if you want high FPS.

I have bought many used cards and do not consider it high risk. The savings are always substantial. A GTX1060 is way more than 110 euro. Just checked www.ebay.de and 110euro is a good price for a GTX770.

That is a good model. For €110 it is a very good buy. It will be a nice upgrade compared to your 460.

it works perfect only thing that is not good is hdmi port it has screen flickering with it buth with the dvi port it has not so i cant use 2 screens anymore but not problem for me its second hand so yeah 😛

screen flickering could be coming from the cable too. As well as the resolution and refresh rate you use.
Uninstall the drivers with DDU uninstaller and install the latest gtx770 drivers from nvidia.com
