Should I buy a new HDD ?

Hello there !
I recently buyed a new PC
Intel Core i5-4690K + Corsair H100i cooler
MSI GTX 970 GAMING 4G
MSI Z97 GAMING 5
Kingston 8GB DDR3 1866MHz -CL10 HyperX Fury Blue Series
Corsair 750RM
and I use my old HDD Western Digital Green ( I got it in 2010 )

I got a problem, when I'm playing or I'm in Windows everything gets laggy, like if I open 5 windows at the same time baam it freezes. I really don't now what could be the problem so I checked my HDD with HD TUNE PRO here are the results :

i also have the same problem....i know your HDD is your bottleneck....get an SSD..it really helps...

Yes I'm considering buying a SSD I just wanted to be sure if the fault is in the HDD .
