Should I buy a new pc, or upgrade to a new pc?

Trying to decide if I should buy a new computer or just upgrade my Computer?

Current Pc Specs:
16 gb ddr3
r9 series radeon graphics card
600 watt power supply
i7 4790k processor
Z97 Anniversary MotherBoard

Should I upgrade to a new pc with ddr4, Processor, and better graphics card. Or should I just shell out a couple hundred dollars and buy a 1060 6gb?

Also I use this machine for gaming, and streaming on. But I use my Xbox to stream newer games like Cod Black ops 4, and on pc playing fortnite, and Final Fantasy 10.

I'd go for the 1070ti and save a few hundred. You've got a capable i7, and 16gb of RAM is still plenty even if its DDR3.

This would give you a very noticeable boost and would allow you to play all those games you listed on your PC instead of Xbox at much better settings.
