Should I buy a new PSU for a new CPU?

My specs:
CPU:AMD a4-5300
GPU:GTX 950
PSU: 400Watzz

As you can see i need to upgrade the cpu and im gonna get one of these two

Which one would be better for the GPU and would i need a new psu to replace my current cpu?

400W FSP 50ERN OEM PSU That is what im using.

The FSPs tend to be average and well above the junk category, so for a GTX 950 that sips power, you should be fine, though you'll have more headroom if you buy a 950 that doesn't require a supplementary power connector. Also depends on how old the PSU is.
