Should i buy a R9 380x or R9 290?

Both are in my price range, and i have a 860k overclocked with a 600watt psu
Edit** im gonna be running dual monitors 1080p and 900p, playing games like Black Ops 3 and Arma 3, would like to max them out

if your 860k is overclocked over 4ghz then the R9 380 but if you cant get it over
then R7 370

Generally the r9 290 would be better but since your PSU is a bit low (recommended is around 650 and you have an OCed CPU along with it) so I'd go for the 380x just ot be safe.

i already have the R7 360 and its good in all but i can only run blops3 on medium, would like a R9 card

i can replace my PSU but my budget would be nothing over 60bucks
