Should i buy a reflow gpu?

Hello there , Today i surfaced the web to look for a new gpu cause my gt 710 can barelly game and i found a gtx 780 ti evga sc very cheap ,100$ for me it is a great deal cause in Romania i found them for about 150 200$ but there is 1 problem. The seller said it was reflowed ,i know what that means but i don't know if it is safe to use it .by the way i have a pentium g3220 so bottleneck is 100%.

Is there any warranty being provided?

Just reflowed ,the gpu has no warranty .I just read that a reflow is only temporary so don't know what to say.Cause i would better buy a gtx 750 ti that will last than a 780 ti that won't

Oh, ok! I just looked up reflowing, now that I realize it wasn't a typo.

Yeah, that's actually a BAD idea. I would avoid it like the plague. It WILL fail again, and soon.
