Question Should I buy a RX 590(cheaper) or 1660ti

Hi, Rx 590 is available for 200 euro while GTX 1660ti is available for 270 euro. Considering the price to performance today as per my analysis, I am getting a better deal.

I watched many videos on youtube and also read articles published in Jan or Feb this year and all of them favored the 1660ti as the price of Rx 590 was a lot higher. but now that the price is under 200 euro, is this a better deal?

I also get an RX580 for 185 euro so I guess spending 15 euro more and getting the Rx 590 is a better deal

but is it worth spending 70 euro to get a GTX 1660ti?

In the future, I will upgrade to the RTX series. Please guide me. I have a limited budget but I can still buy the GTX 1660ti. Just wanted to know if its worth spending that extra 70 euros

My PSU:

Seasonic Focus Plus 550W Gold 80 Plus Full Modular. I am not bothered about the power draw of the rx 590 but it should not heat more than 75-degree celsius.

Given the information you put in the last thread, here, your PSU will not be enough for the RX590. I'm also factoring in any longevity questions as well as any overclocks, so the best possible option between the two aimed at your existing PSU is the GTX1660Ti.

Thanks for the quick reply. My friend has the Corsair CX650M and we can swap. Considering I have the CX650M, will it be sufficient for the RX 590?

Also then would the 70 euro difference between 1660ti and Rx 590 justify the buy?

My only concern is the price to performance today. I can swap the PSU, no problem

LOL, , I was obsessed with the 1660ti after watching all the videos but I'm not a fanboy of either. I am just looking for the best bang for the buck. What is the reason you would choose a 1660ti other than the power draw of the RX590
