Question Should I buy Amazon pc?

I mean it has good specs, but GPU is a little weak though, the ram is on the slower side, and I'm sure the PSU is pretty low quality.

The spec sheet also says it uses DDR3 which is impossible, and the motherboard you have listed is an intel board...

Its probably still a decent PC, but the description is kinda sketchy and the price is a little high I think.

GPU is still pretty recent, but maybe it was used for crypto currency mining? Best to ask.

Processor is a little old. Effectively an i7-4770. Still a decent chip. Only 'faster' chip available for the socket would be the i7-4770k, which is nice since the Z97 board is capable of overclocking. So in that respect, no it can't really be upgraded. Also uses DDR3, all new hardware is DDR4.

Chieftec is not known for making good power supplies.

SSDs have come down in price a lot, so no I would not buy this machine as listed.

Here is a build from Germany for just a little over 800.

I should point out that when Ryzen 2000 was launched it was compared most often to 4th generation Intel. 6 cores 12 threads vs 4 cores 8 threads, and the clock speeds are about the same. Ryzen processors can be overclocked. You get DDR4 memory, a modern motherboard that supports up to 16 cores (Ryzen 3950x is to be released this year) And even a larger SSD and a decent quality power supply. RTX2060 compares okayish to the GTX1080. If you throw a little more at it and get something like an RTX2070 Super it will be overall faster than that used system for not a whole lot more.

You could use this as a basis to talk them down to 500, which is a more reasonable price.

This platform doesn't have a lot of upgradablilty as it is already (almost) on the highest end processor.
and the Xeon e3-1241 performs similar to a i7-4771/4790.
4th Gen intel chipsets cannot overclock a non-K processor, so you cannot get any more performance out of it via overclocking, and LGA1150 platform is only compatible with 3rd and 4th gen CPUs.
I would suggest getting a Skylake CPU or Ryzen 1000 or 2000 series.

Only 4th and 5th gen for Z97. 3rd gen was on LGA1155.

Kind of entry level:
i5-8400 + GTX1050
https://www.1a.lt/p/msi-codex-3-codex38ra-250xeu/5m4j?cat=2t5&index=22

A little over your budget, but similar to what was posted above:

https://www.1a.lt/p/msi-nightblade-mi3-8rc-028x/4qa

Couldn't get very far on that website, after a few pages the prices disappeared and everything went gray. Seems to be asking about cookies, but then I can't get the prices to appear again.

Slightly more upgradeable, but it comes with a fairly weak GTX1050Ti:
https://www.varle.lt/m/stacionarus-...hermis-powered-by-asus-tuf-b360--9916933.html

This offers the best immediate gaming performance for the money that I could see, however. In this one you would want to replace the CPU at some point:

https://www.varle.lt/m/stacionarus-...is-kompiuteris-ares-wp-powered--10732582.html

Quite similar for a little less:
https://www.varle.lt/m/stacionarus-...res-gg-powered-by-asus-tuf-b450--9910912.html

Those guys actually put together some reasonable builds. They don't list power supply model, but 600W Bronze isn't bad from an build.
