I wouldn't touch one, especially for that much. You can get a brand new 570 4GB for about $120 and an 8GB for about $150 if you keep an eye on sales. And those each come with full warranty and free games.

If they gave it to you for about $50, maybe worth the risk, but even then I would advise a new card any day.
