My current PC Specs are:
i3 6100
8gb ram(2133 Mhz)
Asus GTX 750 TI OC

I am thinking of upgrading to an i5 7400 and a gtx 1660! (My motherboard only supports CPUs till 7th gen! and I am strictly on a budget thats why!)
My question is
Will I get 200+ fps in csgo and 60+ fps in other AAA titles? And Will it be a good choice to go for an i5 7400 in 2020?
If not then pls suggest me a good GPU+CPU combo under 25,000 Rupees (350$)!
Thanks in advance!

Quad core gaming is dead, for new AAA titles, so I wouldn't waste any money upgrading the CPU, in that rig. My big concern, though, is what make/model power supply you have.

Ok so 2133 is way to slow for AMD Ryzen (will cause poor performance and FPS dips) so it needs to be replaced.

Do you have used markets? You may be able to find a Ryzen 1600 for a good price then pair with a B450 board and 3000/3200 memory. With the B450 board it will allow for a overclock which you'll want to do with the 1600 to get the most from it. From there if need be continue to save up for a GPU such as the RX 570 or RX 580.

When replacing the motherboard it will require a clean install of Windows to avoid issues such as poor performance which usually happen at some point due to conflicting motherboard drivers.
