[SOLVED] Should I buy an i5-9400F if I wont be OC'ing an i5-9600k?

I was thinking of buying an i5-9600k although I am not sure if I will be able to buy a good cooler to overclock it enough so should I just buy an i5-9400f? Will there be a big difference?

If not going with an Intel 9700K or 9900K (each is still acknowledged as pretty much 'awesome' for most tasks, particularly games), I'd go for Ryzen 5-3600...

I'd rather have a few cores and/ or threads to spare than to be struggling to maintain minimum FPS in a (potentially) partially 'thread challenged' rig, as at least a few folks report minimum frame rate issues with only 6 threads in some games... With inexpensive R5-2600 and 3600 CPUs, 6c/12t is a great minimum starting point. (The 9700K is 8C/8T, but, it's great results are not really even debatable to date...)

Thanks for the advice, Ill be going with the 3600, but do you know if the Deepcool GAMMAX GTE would be a good cooler to use on the 3600?
