Should i buy an open box monitor on newegg?

Hello, i found a great deal on a monitor on newegg, but the only problem is, is that its open box. Should i trust neweggs open box services? Or should i just pay the extra 90 bucks for the new product? It usually only takes newegg 1 day to ship their products to me since i live so close to their main warehouse, so if it is screwed up in any way i could return within the given time period . But that would take time, and i'm not a patient person ;D. What experiences have you had or heard with newegg open box? Are they good or bad?

I've bought many open box items from many sources. Don't think I've ever gotten a bad product from being 'open box'.
