Question Should I Buy an output port (HDMI) broken GPU?

I an planning to buy an gpu, Used..
its Hdmi port dosen't work and has no output but the Dp port works just fine and the condition is also fine..
Should i buy it?
Will there be any problem lateron?

You might want to rethink that route and not spend on a used GPU. Warranty is one thing you should be concerned about apart from the card being used for mining.

Used parts can be good buys if you have the money.
If you do not have the money, that is exactly when you need to buy a lesser part and get the warranty.
