Should i buy Asus DRW-24f1mt or Asus DRW-24f1st ?

Should i buy Asus DRW-24f1st or Asus DRW-24f1mt DVD writer? I bought the DRW-24f1mt but i dont know If it was the right decision. I will download games (on cd) and install Windows. Which DVD writer would you buy?

Is the Noctua nh d15 the quietst cooler? If not what is the quietest cooler for a I7 6700k? Going to build this build:
Already bought: Fractal design r5 black, Samsung 850 evo 500gb, Asus z170a, Asus DRW-24f1mt, hyperx savage 2666mhz ddr4, Msi gtx 960 4gb

The rest of the components i want to buy:
I7 6700k
Noctua nh d15
Corsair rm850i
Windows 10

The reason why i chose the gtx 960 4 gb is because i am going to get a high end pascal gpu when it comes out. But i may send it in and buy a two weeks old msi gtx 970 because i heard that pascal is like half a year so yeah..

Keep in mind that i want the quietest, quietest build i can get. If i should change something to quieter components please tell me!

Keep in mind that i live in Norway so i can buy it here. But cryorig are not that popular? Because i have never heatd of them before. Noctua nh d14 and 15 are quiet coolers right? I have been thinking of getting one of those or A be quiet! dark rock pro 3. But i dont know.. man, everybody's answer is different you know. Some say cyroig, some noctua, some corsair, som cooler master.I just want the quietest cooler )
