Should I buy Battlefield 4, wait for Battlefield 5 or get Battlefield Hardline when it comes out?

Honestly BF started to feel bad for me after BCBC2, I had been playing since the BF2 days. BF3 was decent, I play it time to time because I got it on origin free, BF4 seems lacking, nothing new, too much DLC, no real core values. Hardline should be just that, Hardline, not BF hardline. Its not a BF game, its Payday the heist meets COD with battlefield engines. BF5 may never happen, it could be the best game ever, or horrible.

If you see a game you like, grab it, dont wait for something unless you are a diehard fan. (IE, I preordered Starcraft 2 HOTS collectors edition the hour it went on sale 8 months before the release)

Yeah that why I ask, I feel that Battlefield has been going down since Bad Company 2 and I wish they'd make a 3rd one with the same engine because it was so good.

I agree. BFBC2 just seemed to have larger maps, better overall balance, good progressions, and an overall better BF feel.
I also liked how VIPS (pre orders) got the DLCs free.

You should actually go back in time till before battlefield 2 was released and buy it when it comes out.
