[SOLVED] Should I buy better psu ?

My computer:
CPU: Intel Core i5-8400 2.80GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 (Asus dual)
RAM: 4x4gb Kingston HyperX DDR4 2133
SSD 850 Evo 500gb
Current cpu: some Evolveo 500w
My question is that i have a coil whine.. i can stand it playing some games likes fortnite or csgo, but when i play apex legends it starts to do crazy sounds.... so should i buy better cpu ? can this thing solve that ? or at least reduce it ?

I forgot that the sound is coming 100% from graphic card, not psu

The Evolveo Pulse 500w with 2x 12vDC rails at 16A each and a single 6+2pin pcie? Or the updated Plus (80+) version with 2x 22A rails?

Buy a better psu. Either is pushing your luck with a nice, expensive card like a 2060. The sheer amount of adverts for refurbished 500w evolveo pulse is scary.
