as you can see from the title i am running between those....i have a intel core i5 4570 3.2 ghz..its not a overclockable cpu..but under load it goes to 68-70c..so i am really worried...i have a haf 912 casing with one front intake and one rear exhaust..i was planning on buying a 120mm top exhaust fan..would it reduce the temp?or i really need to buy a aftermarket cooler for cpu?

Solution
70 degrees under full load seems to be okay to me. If you want to run even cooler, buy a good aftermarket CPU cooler like Cooler Master Hyper 212 evo or 212 x. Inclusion of case fans wouldn't make much difference.

this temp comes when actually cpu usage 80%+ but in 100% load(i just noticed in games like AC unity, battlefield,GTA V etc) never goes beyon 70 but comes early
so i dont need to spend money on fans? i was saving money for both actually..if i dont buy case fans then i can buy the EVO sooner than i accpected

Yes you can buy Hyper 212 evo first.
