Should I buy Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Sound card ?

My on board sound is horrible crackles when playing crysis and when playing music sometimes.

I found a seller called Blinq (featured on amazon) that has the Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Sound card for 47 dlls it's opened though (they say like new), but they have a 90 day money back guarantee. I also found this card on fry's for around 98 dlls new.

Is buying this card in like new condition worth it? or should I buy it used from Blinq? or should I even buy a sound card at all?

That's a good price. I have one of those.

For that price, even I'd get one, and I'm not a huge fan of Creative. That being said, I'd be very suspicious of the quality of the card if someone is willing to part with it for that cheap.
