Should i buy dell u2414h?

Hello all
I'm thinking about purchasing 2 dell U2414H's but i've read a lot of reviews saying there are problems with this particular monitor. I really like the monitor but not sure if i should pay $400 and take the risk. Do you think i should go with cheaper 24 inch IPS monitor or the U2414H. If any of you has this monitor, please let me know how it's working. Thanks

The main issues almost everybody has are:

1. Cheap build quality
2. Unresponsive and annoying touch buttons
3. Slight backlight bleeding
4. Higher response time (80ms)

For your question: yes but also no.
It really depends on why do you want these monitors. Because maybe these are what you need or maybe I can find an alternative.
