Should i buy fallout 4 for this pc can i run it?

I would like to run fallout 4 on this pc
gigabyte gtx 970 g1 gaming
I7 6700k
Asus maximus viii hero
2x4gb ddr4 corsair vengance lpx 2666
Xfx pro series xxx 850w
Samsung sm951 pcie ssd 128gb
1tb wd black hdd
Zalman z11 plus
Raijintek triton aio

In 1440x900 resolution
My pc shoudl handle this resolution pretty well but after the terrible vram issues with black ops 3 im not sure
And as i heared fallout 4 has its issues too
Would i still be able to play it in at least 30fps with some balanced settings (or preferably all maxed out)?

Sure, your GTX 970 would be good for another year or two at least for 1920x1080 resolution, for 1440x900 it would be more than enough.

Yes, I have far worse of a PC and play 1080p maxed out.
My pc is AMD 8350 for CPU and ATI 280 for GPU.
I've had 0 issues with playing Fallout 4

Its just that i with black ops 3 i even have problems running it in 1024x768 :/ its always maxing all my 4gb vram
So i didnt know if fallout is also that bad but than its not

Lol FYI it only has 3.5 gb of VRAM, damn Nvidia and their lies... Fallout 4 had MAJOR work done to it prior to release. BO3 from what I hear is just terrible with lots of performance issues... You'll enjoy Fallout 4 lol I have had 0 lag spikes on maxed out

See? r9 390 7.6gb vram used and like 10gb ram and it still stutters (around 1:40) (in 1080p while not useing all gpu core)
