Should i buy GTX 960?

So i want to upgrade my pc a little bit and i want to change the gpu. Current specs are
A8 6600K 3.9GHz
4GB HyperX
R7250X

So i got about 200e and if i spend all that on GTX960 i think it will still run slow because ram and cpu. Or do i buy another 4gb of ram and which card?

There might be a very slight bottleneck.

I recommend getting an R9 270 or 270x
