Should I buy it?

Hello, I'm new here and I've been looking around and I have decided to buy this Gaming PC.
I just wanna ask if it's a good buy and what should I Improve on it. My budget is SGD $1600 and this PC costs SGD $1299.

Here are the SPECS.

CPU : Quad Core i5 4690
COOLER : Stock Cooler
MOTHERBOARD : ASUS H97M Pro-4
MEMORY : 2x Crucial PC3-1600 4GB
STORAGE : Western Digital WD10EZEX
GRAPHIC CARD : PALIT JETSREAM GTX 970 4GB DDR5
CASE : Fractal Design Core 1000
POWER SUPPLY : CORSAIR VS550
OPTICAL DRIVE : Standard DVD Drive

Looks pretty good. Personally, I would see if you can fit a Solid State Drive in that budget.

Looks good. I don't know if you've checked but it is often cheaper to buy the parts individually and self-assemble them.

I'll also note that self assembly is a cheaper, and more fulfilling, way to do things.

But don't think you *need* to do it if you're worried or stressed.

Check out some videos on the subject beforehand to see how easy it is if you're deciding.

Samsung 840 Evo, or Crucial MX100 are good entry level options.

You could always get a better CPU cooler. And some case fans. I use the Corsair PWM fans, but you can always try something else.
