I have a core i3 2120.
I know that it does not overclock and its useless to install it but the problem is that my cpu temperature reaches 80 c and + 5 minutes after I start a game.(NFS Most Wanted)
The shops in my region have checked my motherboard and removed and installed the cpu cooler 2 to 3 times but still temperature problem occurred.
I concluded that my stock fan was damaged.
Now I want to change my fan with any better fan but almost no shop seems to have a good cpu fan or a stock fan for my 2nd generation processor.
The only thing for cooling in the shops is liquid cooling(Corsair h55)
Should I install this cooler in pc or leave it be and allow my cpu to exceed 80 c?
One time it shut down when it overheated around 88 to 90 c

How the f*** does a computer store not have a damn air cooler??? Christ dude, I'm sorry.

So, lookin at your case, it has all of 2 fan slots and other added ventilation points. So, the way I see it, you could DIY case mod to fit a spot for your radiator (cut a hole in your case) or you could use the ventilation points for your radiator, but you'd probably have to drill holes in the ventilation to give screw holes to mount it.
The problem is that I live in Pakistan and amazon does not deliver here(I think for many items and if it does, the shipment cost added the cooler cost would be more than that of a liquid cooler). The same goes for other sites like newegg.
In my city, most of the stuff comes from Karachi and I have visited online shops operating in Karachi and all are out of stock of any fan that would fit in my case.
Hyper 212 evo
Tx3 etc
!

I asked them to order a 212 evo but they said most people they do business with do not have this air cooler(out of stock).
They only have stock coolers which are sealed with processors in the boxes.

I was watching a video on youtube on how to install a liquid cooler(Corsair H55) and the man installing the cooler said that if your case does not have space for the case fan above, you should install the fan that comes with liquid cooler as exhaust and remove the case fan.
The only option available for me now is to buy this liquid cooler and the installation process in not hard.

By the way, I was also very angry when the shop owner told me that they didn't have any aftermarket cooler.

But the issue with that is still your airflow. You only have one intake and one exhaust, I personally wouldn't sacrifice either of those to the radiator, I would put it somewhere else. The issue is then going to become airflow through the rest of your case.

If I had no other option I would mod the top of the case. Place the radiator on top of the case so you can mark where the screw holes on top of the case need to be. Mark it, drill them. Then after those were drilled I'd cut out holes for the fans to exhaust out. Bolt the radiator on and enjoy your high exhaust case.

I think the problem is high ambient temperature in the region, I'm From Punjab, India. Processors gets real hot in the summer especially under load. If you're not using Air conditioners, make sure your room has proper exhaust channel, do not run fan at full speed as that will build up hot air.

Coming to Air coolers , why don't you try importing one from India?

I Decided to buy a corsair h55 for my cpu.
I just installed it myself and I decided not to mod my case.
I am not a pro so I just removed the exhaust fan and replaced it with the radiator.
I want to keep it like that(I don't want to mod my case)
I could open the side case. Would that suffice for the exhaust fan?
Well the temps now I am getting are around 50 under load for cpu.

I now have bought a liquid cooler!

I don't want to mod my case. is there any other way it could work?

You could open up your case, yes. The other option that might work would be to grab better fans for your radiator/intake, BUT that's only if there's an issue with the temps in the rest of your case. CPU is now solved, and that's good. But I would keep an eye on if your CPU throttles due to VRM overheating, and keep an eye on your GPU temps under load as well. Just to be sure. If it doesn't get to be an issue, that's absolutely fine, leave it how it is.

Took another look at your case and some pictures online... Your case's side panel has two fan slots on it, if I'm not mistaken. It's got a mesh section with what looks to be screw holes on the outer edges.

Temps are fine now.Gpu temps are now around 70 c under load and that's good too.
Thanks for your help!
