Question Should i buy Manli 3080 ti or regular 3080 from better brand?(same price)

Im basically asking are these Manli cards reliable or not?And are coolers loud?
I wont overclock at all , but im torn ... i can buy either Manli 3080 ti , or something like Gigabyte Aorus 3080 10 gb for the same price...
Any info is appreciated...i searched everywhere no one reviewed these cards..

What other brands do you have access to? Where are you located? Problems with lesser known brands is that no everyone will have a review to base your purchase off of. Not to mention that most reviewers who do have access to lesser known brands might not even have the review up in English or are available to the masses unless you go really hard digging for said reviews.

Well i have access to all brands , but my budget is tight , Manli one comes at 1.15k Eur with 2 years warranty, other 3080 ti are crazy expensive here , 1.8k eur or so(all brands cost nearly the same).... And this one is on par with prices of the regular 3080's, which is also inflated, to note there are other 3080 10gb that do cost more than this one ;()

Oh and yeah , im from Serbia
