Depends what game or genre of games you like to play most often. In general, I would say yes, but still could depend.

It is something you yourself should know. Does your present mouse hinder you in any way? Do you play competitive?
The dragonwar has 3200dpi, 9 Programmable Buttons, the rival has less buttons, and a higher 7200dpi.
If you play mmos stick with the present one, if you need higher dpi you can upgrade.

I do csgo competitive.it doesn't trouble me but people say I might improve with a better mouse

In the end it comes to the comfort. If you like that one, why would you upgrade? In my personal opinion, yes better gear helps, but did you reach your limit in other terms? Like gamesense?
