Depends how much more expensive it is and if it has a better cooler on it than the reference design.

please don't They are the same cooler and everything, just 1 has a higher core and memory setting. Buy the cheap 1 and use MSI afterburner to bring it up to the same LV as the OC version.

Both cards are the same card.

Nope, not worth it. You can OC that much(50MHz) easily, the cooler is also identical.
