I need a power supply but the stores here only have with pfc passive, i build a pc for light games with a gtx 750ti, i need to know if the pc will become a little slower with a passive power suplly instead of a active pfc power supply...

Solution

The cpu will theoretically get hotter from the heat that a passive PSU is outputting into the case...

Solution: Flip the PSU down facing heat exaust side the bottom of the case, if you have a case that supports this method.

Solution
Passive PFC is a sign of a low quality power supply.
It will not cause your CPU or other components to run hotter.
Your pc should not run slower, but the power supply will likely not be very efficient compared to others build on a newer platform with active PFC.
Your really need to list the mark and model of the one you are considering for us to comment on it, but either way you really should go for one with active PFC.
