Should i buy R7 260 or GTX 750 ?? HELP

I want to buy ASUS Radeon R7 260 1GB GDDR5 but i have only 400w psu and for r7 260 i need 450w but for the gtx 750 i need 300w ? Now r7 260 i better than gtx 750 in performance but i need better psu for her.....Now ASUS GeForce GTX 750 1GB GDDR5 OR R7 260 1GB GDDR5

What's the brand and model of your PSU?

The quality of that 400W PSU is even more important than the rating. Unless you have a decent quality 400W PSU, you might want to upgrade your PSU first.

If you don't want to change your PSU, go for the 750. Low power requirements and doesn't need a six pin power connector from the PSU. I'd also get the 2Gb Ti version. You might only be using a 1400 x 900 monitor now, but you might have to change that in the future.

CODEGEN 400W MODEL 300XA psu

There does not appear to be much info about Codegen PSUs out there but most of what I have seen is pointing in the direction of Codegen being one of those generic bad brands you might want to replace ASAP.

So you probably do not want to use a R7-260 on it.

I think Dead Rising need something around a GTX 570 minimum and GTX 670 recommended which are more powerful than the 750Ti. So if you go to the 750Ti you won't be able to run it on max settings. It will help that you are only doing a 1400 x 900 res. Should get a good FPS at low to medium settings.

GTA IV should run fine on a 750Ti. Not sure about GTA V. I haven't seen any system requirements but it plays on last gen console so should be fine as well.
