if you want to save on your power bill then buy a gtx 750ti. The r9 270 is a bit more powerful but is also more expensive.

I would buy a gtx 750ti and overclock it.

amd radeon r9 270 it may be a little bit more expensive but if it fits well into your budget i would recommend it that extra performance will be worth it

it is a decent bit better but will cost you quite a bit more in the long run, and you can overclock the gtx 750ti more.

GTX 750 ti coz it has extremely low power consumption and a tiny size. Moreover, it runs really cool and will easily support DirectX 12
