Question Should I buy RX 5500?

My CPU is Ryzen 3 1300x so will it bottleneck AMD's new RX 5500?

And include the age of your PSU and the GPU you're currently working with. You should also include the games(or tasks) you're going to tax the system with while on the RX5500.
