Should I buy Ryzen 5 1600 in August 2018 ?

Should I buy Ryzen 5 1600 now, in August of 2018 ? I know the new Ryzen 2nd Gen Cpus are out, but the the price difference between Ryzen 5 1600 and Ryzen 5 2600 here in India is Rs. 3200 (about $45 USD ) .

So will it be a good idea to buy Ryzen 5 1600 now ?

P.S. I have GTX 1060 6GB DDR5 GPU!

I generally game and sometimes rarely multitask.

Please advice. Thanks.

There are no issues in choosing the Ryzen 5 1600, especially if it is saving you a lot of money. The difference is not that large and you can always upgrade at a later date, especially when Ryzen 2, 7nm comes out...
