Should I buy the 760 or 770 or wait for Maxwell ?

Good day,
I'm have to get a gaming PC. I have time at the latest June, I hear Maxwell should come Q1 = March or april, so I'm looking for a great gpu for 275 dolars budget, so do you think what it will be worth it for waiting for Maxwell to come out ? Is is going to change a lot in terms of pura performance and price per performance ?
Oh and also I forgot about the AMD side because i'm looking forward to Shadowplay, but that HD8870 should costs 270 dolars which is pretty good, but will it be even in compare against Nvidia 8XX ?

The first Maxwell cards will be low-end cards, you might have to wait a lot longer for something with performance like the GTX 760 or better.

There's no HD 8870 except possibly an OEM rebadge of the 7870. AMDs newest series is the Rx 200 series.

OK but will it come out before June ? That 860 would be the best I could get because atm I'm deciding between 760 or 770..

It's hard to say. Personally I think it's more likely to arrive in August-September.
