Should I buy the Alienware Area-51?

I was wondering if I should buy the Alienware Area-51 with Dual NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 780 graphics with 6GB GDDR5 (2x 3GB) or Triple 6GB GDDR5 NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 770 SLI or Dual NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 970 graphics with 8GB total (2x 4GB) GDDR5 - NVIDIA SLI® Enabled or One GTX 980? I would be playing on a Acer G277HU 4K monitor.

Hi, I was thinking that as its only crossfire (AMD) cards which merge VRAM. Nvidia cards don't. That was a direct quote from Alienware's page?

What would you recommend?

i have always stuck to a single powerful card rather than sli which can have issues

so for me gtx980

but others may prefer sli
