Should i buy the GTX750 ti oc (I have limited options).

I live in Tunisia (north Africa) so i have very limited options since we don't have an international credit cards (like Paypal) to buy from sites like amazon etc..
I want to upgrade my GPU. And since the components are kind of expensive here i can only upgrade my GPU for the time being.
So i want advices on this GPU :
GTX 750 Ti Galax GeForce Sniper Black Edition OC
My specs are :

Current GPU : Nvidia geforce GT520
Memory : 4GB

I use a GTX 750ti, which I have overclocked a bit myself. For browsing and older games or at lower effects, it runs 1080p quite well. I play RTS and RPG more than FPS. It is a very good choice for your system.
