I want to buy the HAF X but I want to know if anyone has had an experience with managing cables in the HAF X. Is there a lot of space in the side panel? Also does the case gather alot of dust? I heard it does. And finally I am going to use this: http://www.amazon.com/uxcell%C2%AE-Type-Female-Header-Adapter/dp/B007PODI1W

for the front panel USB 3.0 but will the adapter work with the Gigabyte GA-990 FXA-UD3 R5? If I use the adapter on the motherboard can I plug 2 usb's at the same time.

Solution
I second the Enthoo Pro. I wish it was around when I bought my 300r. I have done a few builds with the Pro and it is a phenomenal case to work with, and to run.
They are large as well.
Here are their 3 high end models: http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/compare/phanteks-case-phes614lbk,phanteks-case-phes614pbk,phanteks-case-phes813psrd/

I have an Enthoo Pro and love it, it's one of the best cases I've ever owned. Phanteks includes just about everything but the kitchen sink.

Oh Ok well thanks for the help i am still going to wait since I have the DeepCool tesseract for now and its not the best for large motherboards but itll do for now but if you have anymore great recommendations I will be glad to hear them. One more thing How do the USB 3.0 headers look is it both USB 3.0 ports that connect on to one header or 2 separate headers. One more question is the case future proof

There really isn't such a thing as "future proofing". But in terms of cases, a case with 5.25" drive bays will be more future proof theoretically than one that doesn't have one because you'll have expansion bays for new ports. On the other hand, however, the optical drive is becoming more and more obsolete every day and they're going the way of the floppy drive.
