Should I buy the I3 4130?

So I have a G3258 along with 8gb of ram, and a GT 730 2GB GDDR5 (I know people say tihs GPU is bad, but it's VERY good). So I want to know if I should buy the I3 4130 or 4150. Is it gonna make games run smother? Like GTA V on medium 1680x1050. Btw my current fps on GTA V is 20-35

it should improve performance somewhat, given its ability to use 4 threads(especially in GTA), but the 730 will be the main performance bottleneck.
