Should I buy the i5-5470 from ebay?

So I found a brand new Intel Core i5-4570 3.2 GHz Quad-Core processor on ebay for a $100 CAD with free shipping. I thought this might go along nicely with my build and it's around $170 cheaper. The seller has 100% positive feed back (261 fb score). Should I trust this seller? Sorry for my 'noobyness' I've only used ebay 2 times.

You're looking at a bid. Most items on eBay have a "buy now" price, however, a seller doesn't have to put a "buy now" price and it will just go to the highest bidder. So, you can place a bid on it, but chances are you will get outbid by someone else.
