Hey everyone! Looking for some advice here as im not the most knowledgable with this kinda stuff. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I play "Runescape" and browse the internet at the same time ( Watch movies, Youtube, Twitch ECT ) I Also like to run 2 runescape clients at the same time but my MAC BOOK AIR is going to EXPLODE. The fans are running non stop and its getting HOT. Id rather not burn out my new $1500.00 laptop so im thinking about buying/building a desktop to replace my old one.

Runescape says these are the MIN Req to run the game at max detail;
High Detail

Processor: Intel i5 or i7 / AMD Athlon X2 or better
Graphics: ATI Radeon HD (non M or Mobility) / nVidia GeForce 1xx/2xx/3xx/4xx/5xx/6xx (excluding M / Mobile or Go)
Memory: 4GB DDR3+
Video Settings: Graphic Details on High. All options turned on.
Renderer: DirectX or OpenGL
Rating: Excellent
FPS?: 40-50*

I FOUND A COMPUTER SHOP BY MY HOUSE THAT IS SELLING THE FOLLOWING FOR $500.00

Should i BUY This? Or Build something for cheaper? Will this computer be able to handle what i need EASILY? and will it last me a while?!

LENOVO S30
INTEL Xeon E-1620
8G RAM
500GB HD
nVidia Quadpro 600
Windows 7 PRO
** FORGOT TO ADD THAT THIS IS $500.00 CAD not USD ****

Solution
Agreed that you should not buy a server as a gaming PC.

Although you should also not follow advancedmixedgaming build.
That build, while being the most you can get for your budget, puts you in a hole. The problem is that the CPUs in that build are subpar and do not perform as well as a middle of the line core i3. So at the point you want to drop a half decent GPU into it, your poor little CPU (which already the fastest CPU for the FM2 platform) is maxed out and cant keep up with the GPU and thus you have to drop a lot more money upgrading the CPU, motherboard, ram (if going intel skylake), and windows.

Going cheap always costs more in the end.
You can either build a PC now, or build a gaming PC after saving up a little more money...

I would save until you can get at minimum a core i3 6100 and GTX 950.

Thank you! How much would that kind of setup run me ?

Here is a build with an i3 and a GTX 950. This is in no way a powerfull gaming PC but will be much better then the A10 build and is upgradeable in the future. Naturally if you can get the parts in USA it will shave off at least $100.

Mine is 200 CAD cheaper, and runs what he needs perfectly. If he needed more than just browsing and video playback, I would have brought a different build forward. This meets his needs. He doesn't need a GTX 950 if all he will be doing is web browsing.

He said he wanted to play Runescape and had to assume in the future the OP will want to play other games.
Either way bottom-end budget is the only reason to go FM2, and it is a horrible hole as soon as you want to upgrade considering the absolute top end CPU available cant even outperform an i3. Its worth paying a little more now then having to buy an all new motherboard, cpu, and copy of windows once you outgrow the weak A10.
