So im at a budget amazon deosn't have the i3 9100f execpt from 3rd party sellers which i dont wanna buy from tell me if i should buy from a third party seller from amazon So i came across this processor at Walmart which is in stock. Should i buy a cpu from walmart?

A new i3-9100f will be the same product regardless of where you buy it from.
I would imagine that a Walmart source is ok.

Third Party sellers on Amazon are almost always just fine. Just make sure it is listed as New, not Used, or Refurbished. Amazon will have a 30 day refund on products, even from a third party. Many things on amazon are sold third party.
