That's a fine monitor for the price (actually with IPS, absolutely great!). Its however 50Hz so if you have a high end gaming setup you may feel capped by the refresh rate.

Kinda high end 4790K cpu and gtx 970 in the future have a gtx 460 right now

You may feel capped at 50 refreshes with a 970 but that'll hardly make any difference in game as the fps is not bound to monitor software wise. The IPS display makes it an attractive deal. I'd go for it unless you want to feel that difference in 60 and 120 fps.
Ps: i7 has little do with gaming, i5 would be enough.
