Should I buy this gpu?

I have gtx 560 ti Sli. I want to record and stream but it doesn't work because it only draws frames from one gpu. And I don't have shadowplay because it is a gtx 560 ti. So, Should I buy this and would I get better performance the my Sli gtx 560 ti's? I could sell them and get the money.

do you have any warranty on those card since you could get a newer one with full 3 years warranty for around 200 to 250 $

270x is much stronger card then 750ti... around 35% + so i will go with r9 270x
