i am planning to buy a new garphics card so i have decided to buy Gigabyte NVIDIA GeForce 210 i am not that much gamer i just want to play some games like battlefield 3,farcry3,gta4,cs:go so is this enough i have a iball SPS223-400 as PSU AND MY MOTHERBOARD Is biostar G3ID-M7 which is ddr2 and graphics card slot i dont know but it has written PEX16_1 if that helps will ddr3 graphics card run on ddr2 motherboard and will my psu provide enough power pls help fast

Do not buy the GeForce 210, it's only going to be marginally better than your integrated graphics. It won't get you playable framerates in any of the games you listed aside from maybe CS:GO which will run on just about anything.

Memory type on the graphics card is irrelevant as far as compatibility goes. Your power supply is bargain basement junk that will likely explode if placed under any serious load, so you'd want to replace that as well if you want a GPU upgrade. It would also help to know what CPU you have, as that can certainly be a limiting factor, especially for Battlefield and GTA.

For the games you named the lowest cost videocard you get should be one with DDR5 memory. Examples from Nvidia: GT 640, GT 730. Don't get anything with less than 384 Cuda cores either. 1gb vram is enough, don't get tricked into buying a 2gb DDR3 card. Do NOT buy any Nvidia GT model that ends in x10. No 210, 610, 710.

I purchased the GTX 950 recently and will say I believe it was an excellent choice. You will be able to play CS:GO at high graphics but not Battlefield 3 or anything like that.

What is your PSU, how many watts?

I found his PSU in his question.

This will definitely get the job done. I definitely recommend the GTX 950 or GTX 970 if you can spend a couple extra dollars. Before I make my final decision I don't see any information about your CPU processor. Mind giving us that info?

Why go for the 970? I'd say either a gtx 1050ti or if he has the money a 1060.
The 970 is a good card but still very expensive.
