[SOLVED] Should i buy this hard drive?

Just saw this guy selling a faulty 3tb hdd for $9. He said that it sometimes recognize sometimes not.
Should i buy it? And is it possible to fix it?

I would say no, buy a new drive. That drive from 2014 most likely has problems that will just cause you data loss. You can get a new 3TB 7200 rpm drive from Amazon for under $50.
