Should i buy this ? Need serious help

Hey guys i've thought about getting a new monitor since mine is quite old and 1440x900 res and 60hz .... I gets me screen tearing in all games unless i play borderless windowed.... I've thought about viewsonic xg2401, asus 248qe and aoc g2460pf... Since all of them are 144hz , 1080p and have freesync . BUT i gave up because i dont wanted to spend 300€ on a monitor and decided to wait some months until my current monitor broke or something xD or for prices going down ... And suddenly i see this discount ,.. I think its until sept. 13 so i have some time to think about it ... What do you guys think ?

Ps: i dont quite like buying stuff if my current hardware works and i dont like to spend money either since i dont work all the time cause i'm still studying and dont like to waste money ... But i need an outside oppinion from you guys. Thx in advance

i can only buy from this store since i leave on a small island and we dont have many options so there is still not much competition on the pc hardware ...

In case you didn't notice... that monitor you selected is a TN panel... If you look at the specs, it says the Horizontal Viewing angles are 170 degrees. That means unless you are sitting straight in front of the monitor... the colors will appear faded or washed out. Some people don't mind... but for me... I can't stand that...

@SBMfromLA i know its a TN ... because there are no ips with 144hz and freesync ... or if there is one it will be crazy expensive . I really dont mind and it shouldnt be worsr than my 8year old monitor wich is a tn as well
