should i buy this now, or later?

hello, i found a PSU on newegg, it's a 450 watt for only $19.99, plus a $10 off rebate so it's only $10 after everything. it's bronze rated plus, and it will work with the parts I'm considering using, i don't have a lot of money right now, so i can't buy all the parts to build the entire rig yet. So i was wondering if you guys think it'd be a good idea to buy the part while it's on sale, even though i can't buy everything right now.

I personally would never use a 10 (or 20) dollar PSU in a system.
Even though its an EVGA unit, its probably quite poor quality (I have to look into it more).
If they sell it for 10 dollars, what did they make it with?

Very true, that's kinda where I'm at, it's cheap, but probs for a reason. In the reviews, it's kinda 50/50 bad and good reviews. I may just keep looking and get some for like $35 that has good reviews.

Read the Newegg reviews, they are pretty terrible, I'd stay away.
