Solution
It certainly *could* hit 200FPS in some titles, but not at Ultra settings (maybe Fortnite etc could).

Thoughts on it? Most likely a complete waste of money.
Should you buy it? If you like wasting money, sure.

More money than sense went into the configuration of that build, especially for what you want to do with it.

The 7980XE, 64GB RAM and 2TB SSD drive the cost up completely unnecessarily.
That's a $2,000 CPU - you'd be closer to your goal (and cheaper by a substantial margin) with an 8700K or 9700K and SLI 2080TIs.

I suspect that build is ~$5,000 + the custom cooling?

Question from philippbogdyl10 : "What do you guys think of this pc"

Hello people out there,

I need a prebuilt gaming pc. I want to buy Acer Predator G6, I like the case design, it has a Gtx 1080 ti and a i7 7700k. I am also going to get the Acer Predator X34a monitor, it’s 3440 x 1440 & 120mhz. I don’t think this pc can hit 120fps at 3440 x 1440 ultra settings in any game. However I’ll be happy if it can hit 60fps at most games.

Here's the link of the Pc: https://m.newegg.com/global/ch/product/1VK-0017-007W3?ignorebbr=1

So yeah guys what are your thoughts on this pc? And pls guys remember that I need a PREBUILT GAMING PC, I am 13, I don’t think I am capable of building a PC.

Nowadays it's very easy to build a PC. In fact, some Lego sets are harder to build XD.

As long as you are careful and do things in order, anyone can build a PC. If Linus's 8-year-old daughter could build a PC, I'd say you can do it too. However, this is purely your choice, so feel free to do what you want :) .

A 1080Ti is still a very good choice for 4k 60Hz, that system shouldn't have any trouble hitting 60Hz on pretty much any game. It may even reach 120Hz with some lowered settings depending on the game.

In short no, there is nothing out now that can maintain 200 FPS on Ultra at 4K,.

4K is almost all GPU power, nothing out not can handle it.

Maybe in the future.

Solution
Sorry but I found out that the monitor is 3440 x 1440

So can this PC hit 200fps at 3440 x 1440?

PC components just in case you’re to lazy to look:
- GPU: MSI NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti 11GB GAMING X TRIO (two of them in Sli
- Motherboard: Gigabyte X299 AORUS Gaming
- Processor: I9 7980xe
- Ram: 64gb HyperX® Predator DDR4 2933mhz 8 x 8
- CPU cooler: Custom liquid cooling by EKWB
- Memory: Samsung 2TB 960 PRO Series - PCIe NVMe - M.2 Internal SSD
- Memory: Team Group T-Force Delta RGB 5tb 2.5 (5 x 1tb)
- Psu: Coolermaster Masterwatt maker 1200w

And yes this PC is to overkill

There is no PC atm that can hit 200 FPS in 4k. This has been said several times, I will not insist any further.

64 GB of RAM is not overkill, it's unnecessary. 16GB should be more than enough for any game even at 4k.

I can still agree with the rest, though I cannot help but wonder what 13-year-old has the money to buy this.

3440x1440 is ultra-wide (21:9) 1440p. It could be referred to as 3.5k. 4k basically means a horizontal resolution of 4000 pixels, so this resolution is a tad lower than proper 4k. Still, I wouldn't bet on any system able to actually get 200FPS at that resolution, though a 2-way SLI 2080Ti system might.

By the way, not all gaes support ultra-wide aspect ratio. It's another detail to keep in mind.

Question from philippbogdyl10 : "I need help with my gaming PC"

Hello people out there,

I am looking for gaming PC, I would mainly game in 3440 x 1440 ultra settings, I want to get +60fps in games. My budget is around 2700$ (no case, CPU cooler, peripherals, monitor are included in the price) that I'll be able to choose myself.
Also I would my PC to be mostly Asus components and also be rgb(important).

Thanks to everyone who will answer this in the future.
