Sure, but the biggest problem out there is the gpu. Dude, trust me, It will bottleneck that i7 af. Get at least a gtx 1060 6gb edition. That i7 is very capable, with 16gb ram, wow, but it needs a powerfull gpu also.

Depends on if they use a full size PSU or not. You probably could replace the PSU but then you would run into connection problems with the motherboard. That's the problem with prebuilts.
