Yes it is good. You can install gtx 1070ti or rtx 2070ti on it without any problem. Go for this pc

Sure, but the biggest problem out there is the gpu. Dude, trust me, It will bottleneck that i7 af. Get at least a gtx 1060 6gb edition. That i7 is very capable, with 16gb ram, wow, but it needs a powerfull gpu also.

The NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 745 4GB DDR3 is probably in there for a reason. Low wattage power supply. I'd confirm that first before anything else.

Depends on if they use a full size PSU or not. You probably could replace the PSU but then you would run into connection problems with the motherboard. That's the problem with prebuilts.
