I was thinking getting the seasonic 660 watts platinum for my new build. Or are there other better than this psu?

Intel core i7 5820k
DDR4 corsair vengeance lpx 2400 (2x8)
Nvidia Ge force gtx 960

I calculated the total watts that i will be needing using the cooler master wattage calculator. Its around 350 watts and the platinum efficiency will be 94% when its on 50% load. Should I get this psu?

It is an excellent unit.

However seems like a complete overkill for your build.

Something like the HCG 520W or Seasonic M12II 520W will be way more than enough. XFX TS 550W or EVGA GS 550W are an excellent choice too.

All the PSU's listed above or Tier 1 or Tier 2 with excellent quality components...

Seasonic makes the best power supplies on the planet, and is the only brand of power supply that I will buy for my own systems.

With a system that is only going to use 350 watts, you could probably save a lot of money by getting the lower capacity units KKAW mentioned, but those are 80+ Bronze units and not 80+ Platinum.
