Should I buy this second hand PC?

Hey everyone,
I was wondering if the following second hand pc would be worth buying and reselling (I'm happy with my current rig), possibly selling the parts seperately. It's about €650 ($700), and is only 3 months old. It was bought for €1500, which is still the current price online. He wants to get rid of it quickly, and doesn't want to spend time on selling parts seperately.

-Geforce GTX 960
-16gb DDR3 memory
-256gb SSD
-1TB HDD
-decent motherboard, not sure which
-500W psu
-casing + dvd writer

Do you think it's worth more than €650?

Yes that's a decent price. You'll want to replace the psu though.
